Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or non-attendance. We understand that emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
Care Plan Policy:
We offer discounted care plans for patients who wish to commit to a course of treatment. These plans are designed to provide continuity of care and cost savings for those completing their recommended treatment programme.
Refunds on Care Plans:
Care plans are sold at a discounted rate based on full completion of the agreed number of sessions. If a patient chooses to cancel their care plan before completing all sessions:

Any treatments already used will be recalculated at the full standard treatment price (not the discounted rate).

The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the difference between the discounted rate and the standard rate for treatments already received.

If, after recalculating at the standard rate, the amount used exceeds the amount paid, the patient will be required to pay the outstanding balance before any further treatment is provided.
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of discounted treatment plans.
Transfer of Remaining Sessions:
Unused sessions on a care plan may be transferred to an immediate family member or friend upon request. Transfers must be arranged in writing and are subject to approval. Once transferred, sessions cannot be transferred again.
Care plans are non-refundable once all sessions have been used.
